These pages allow us to actively communicate with our customers and members and respond to inquiries. In this context, we collect and process personal data as described below.
If you engage with our Facebook pages or content, we collect and process the information you provide to Facebook. This includes publicly disclosed information such as: your name; username; profile photo, as well as any actions like: liking; sharing; commenting or posting other content. Please keep in mind that this information is visible to everyone worldwide, based on your account settings on your Facebook pages.
We may also process additional information to respond to inquiries or direct messages (such as questions, suggestions, comments, or other notifications) you send us through our Facebook pages.

3.2 Insights function
We are responsible with Facebook for processing so-called page insights on our Facebook page. Facebook uses these insights to analyse the activity on our page and provides us with anonymous information. Facebook has agreed to be primarily responsible, and fulfil your rights, under the EU General Data protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the processing of Page Insights data.

We use the page insights function to manage and improve our Facebook presence and offerings. This includes designing our Facebook pages and content to meet the needs of our users. We use the aggregated data from insights to make our page more appealing to users, such as planning content and timing of posts. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR, which refers to our legitimate interest in optimizing our offers and presence on Facebook.
The insight function provides us with information about page actions like views, interactions, follows, likes, recommendations, shares and comments. It also includes information about the action, and the browser or app used, such as date and time, country/city, language, age/gender group, website previously visited website, as well as the Facebook User ID.
4. Consequences of potentially not providing data
The provision of personal data is not required by law or contract. In case of non-provision, processing requests you have made is not possible.
5. Data Erasure and retention period
We will keep your information as long as necessary for the purpose or then is required by law. Healy World may also retain your data until the statutory limitation periods have expired, if this is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If you don’t want us to process your data as described in the future, you can unlink your user profile from our Facebook page by using the “Unlike this Page” and/or “Unfollow this Page” functions.

Data transfers to third party countries
To meet our legitimate interests, such as processing requests and improving our Facebook pages, we may transfer your personal data to Healy World branches located outside the European Area (known as “third party countries”). We will process these data unless your interests, fundamental rights, or freedoms outweigh our legitimate interests.
When we transfer your data, we take measures to ensure a reasonable level of data protection. This includes establishing joint controllership agreements with our Healy World branches and using standard contract clauses approved by the EU Commission. These clauses provide a suitable guarantee for data transfers to third party countries, as required by Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR. We always prioritize the protection of your privacy rights and will not transfer your data to third party countries if the level of data protection is not equivalent to that under the GDPR.
