Authorization failure upon login

If you get a pop-up message saying "Authorization failure" when you try to log into the HealAdvisor Analyse App, please make sure that you are trying to log in with your Healy World e-mail address instead of the username, the SSO (single sign-on) feature does not recognize the username.
